History

Olejniczak & Richardson was established in March 2010 by the merger of Richardson and Partners and Olejniczak & Partners.

Richardson and Partners traces its origins to 2004 when Nicholas Richardson established his own firm.  In 2005 Barbara Olejniczak established Olejniczak & Partners.  As the two predecessor firms developed they attracted a number of clients in common which, when combined with the firms’ complementary practices, made a merger the logical next step.  Encouraged by client reaction to the idea and sharing a common vision to offer a high-quality, cost-effective alternative to the large international law firms and a higher level of personal service, the merged firm was formed.
