Barbara Olejniczak participated in a conference entitled “Systems and technologies for Facility Management” which took place on 15th June in The Banking and Financial Center “Nowy Świat” in Warsaw.
Barbara gave a presentation entitled “Lease – the legal provisions in lease agreements of particular importance for the Manager” which highlighted, among others, those clauses which should be included during lease negotiations and their influence on the value of the lease as a financial instrument. She also discussed general issues related to operating fees. In addition, Barbara discussed the pros and cons of each element from the perspective of the owner and the tenant.
Conference attendees included building managers, facility managers, operations, technical and administrative directors, developers, property owners and representatives of groups having an interest in facility management.
